The wind was strong yesterday,there was lots of litter on the litter fence and the boundary fence. <br /> Some litter was off-site. At the end of the inspection,the operator had not begun picking up off-site litter,yet. <br /> Remove all off-site litter. <br /> Provide adequate litter control. <br /> Inspection Report Comments: <br /> Note: <br /> 1. In the green waste area,there were 4 piles: 120 ft x 90 ft x 10 ft pile of ground wood waste,40 ft x 20 ft x 8 it pile of ground green waste,100 ft x 20 <br /> ft x 8 ft pile of green waste and 50 ft x 40 ft x 8 ft pile of wood waste. The operator only maintained the record of out-bound wood/green waste. There <br /> is no inbound record. The operator is to maintain both inbound and outbound of all waste taken to and/or left the green waste area. The waste that is <br /> stockpiled more than 6 months meets the definition of disposal as defined in 14CCR1 7852(a)(1 5)(A). <br /> 2. The concentration of gas in SG 22,1 and 2 were 0%. <br /> 3. The operator had submitted the as-built plan for the construction of the new gas probes. The operator has not demonstrated the functionality of <br /> those probes yet. <br />
