At least one accessible route shall connect accessible building or facility entrances with all <br /> accessible spaces and elements within the building or facility , including mezzanines , which are <br /> otherwise connected by a circulation path . § 11 B -206 . 2 . 4 <br /> 11 . Parking spaces will be required to accommodate persons with disabilities in compliance with <br /> Chapter 11 B of the California Building Code . Note that accessible parking spaces are required <br /> for each phase of the project . These parking space ( s ) shall be located as close as possible to <br /> the primary entrance to the building . <br /> 12 . This project will be required to comply with the Model Water Efficient Landscape Ordinance <br /> requirements of the California Code of Regulations , Title 22 , Division 2 , Chapter 2 . 7 . <br /> 15 . Please refer to the California Waterboard Standards , Region 10 , Tier 5 <br /> ( https : //www . waterboards . ca . gov/water_ issues/ programs/cannabis/docs/policy/final cannabis <br /> _policy_with _attach _a . pdf) for the safe disposal offsite of fertigation water and any other <br /> process water drainage associated with the site . Fertigation plans shall with the Waterboard <br /> requirements and shall be stamped by a Registered Design Professional . Plans at minimum <br /> shall include the following : <br /> a . Source of water to be used with backflow prevention . <br /> b . Piping diagram for each filtration Process <br /> c . Collection piping to collection tanks diagram for RO reject water and /or unused return water <br /> from irrigating , mixing tank drains , etc . . <br /> d . Haul off tank and connections <br /> e . All tank ( s ) foundations and anchorage <br /> f. Electrical plans for the mixing pumps , controllers with wire and panel sizing including <br /> disconnecting means . <br /> g . Valve Tag schedule . <br /> h . MOP manual for Fire onsite . <br /> i . HMMP manual . <br /> 16 . This project will require plans and specifications to be submitted for CO2 enrichment where <br /> proposed or shown in the design documents . Plans are required to be reviewed by both Tracy <br /> South County Fire and the Building Department . Please refer to the CFC for offsite and local <br /> fire alarm monitoring and notification , evacuation and room/ building /structure exhaust design <br /> requirements . <br /> 2 . DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS ( Contact : [209] 468- 3000 ) <br /> a . An encroachment permit shall be required for all work within road right- of-way .
