Bird Rd . <br /> Jurisdiction : San Joaquin County <br /> At this time, project is conditionally approved subject to satisfying the following requirements : <br /> 1 . Prior to construction , applicant shall submit construction documents to the South San Joaquin <br /> County Fire Authority for review and approval . <br /> a . Construction documents shall be designed to the current edition of the California Code of <br /> Regulations , Title 24, as amended by the San Joaquin County and Tracy Rural Fire Protection <br /> District . <br /> b . Each building shall have a separate construction permit . <br /> c . Hazardous materials quantities and locations shall be identified within the submittal . <br /> d . Deferred submittals shall be listed on the coversheet of each page . Each deferred submittal <br /> shall be submitted , reviewed and approved by SSJCFA prior to installation . <br /> e . Fire protection water supply must be submitted separately from construction permit . All <br /> piping and installation shall be in accordance with CFC § 507 & NFPA standards . Approval of <br /> grading and /or on - site improvements does not grant installation of underground fire <br /> service . <br /> f . Fire sprinklers shall be designed by a licensed fire protection contractor or engineer . <br /> Hydraulic calculations , specifications and plans shall be submitted prior to issuance of <br /> building permit . <br /> g . A request for fire flow shall be submitted to the South San Joaquin County Fire Authority <br /> and results shall be approved by the Fire Marshal prior to construction . Fire flow <br /> requirements shall be in accordance with CFC Appendix B . <br /> h . Fire department connections shall be installed in accordance with CFC § 912 and NFPA <br /> standards . A hydrant shall be placed within 100' of the FDC, in accordance with NFPA 14 <br /> § 6 . 4 . 5 . 4 .
