A D'VR. or cloud- <br /> based backup system must archive video from all cameras for a minimum of <br /> 45 days . Onsite surveillance storage systems must be secured in a lockbox, <br /> cabinet , closet, or secured in another manner to protect from employee t <br /> tampering or criminal theft. The surveillance system must allow remote access <br /> (via the internet) 24 hours a day by the Sheriffs Office . <br /> Structures — Structures as described within this application must ensure all <br /> walls and doors shall be of solid construction (not — plastic film) and sball <br /> include material designed to prevent entry except through designated entry/exit <br /> locations monitored by surveillance . Buildings associated with the cultivation, <br /> lot <br /> storage, and processing of cannabis shall be securable, lockable, and fully <br /> enclosed . <br /> As this is planned to be a 2 phaseproject, the Sheriffs Office requires <br /> reviewing and signing off the next phase security plan before authorizing the <br /> beginning of the next phase . This is to include onsite review, planning review, <br /> and signing off of these plans .
