The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for TRACY 76 as of September 2 , 2021 <br /> Open violations from July 21 , 2021 inspection <br /> Violation #301 - Facility not maintained to minimize the release of a hazardous waste. <br /> OBSERVATION : The following were observed during the inspection : <br /> - An active leak was observed on the diesel hose at dispenser 1 . A liquid droplet can be seen at the bottom curve of <br /> the hose . It is also wet on the cement below the hose . Staining can be seen on the cement around dispenser 1 <br /> diesel hose. <br /> - Staining can be seen on the cement around the diesel corner of dispenser 5 . The diesel hose at dispenser 5 has <br /> dark staining and a liquid residue is left when the hose is touched . <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE : A hazardous waste generator must maintain and operate its facility to minimize the <br /> possibility of a fire, explosion , or any unplanned sudden or non-sudden release of hazardous waste or hazardous <br /> waste constituents to air, soil , or surface water which could threaten human health or the environment. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION : Immediately correct the cause of the staining surrounding the diesel area and drips from <br /> the diesel hoses at dispenser 1 and 5 . Manage the waste according to Title 22 California Code of Regulations for <br /> hazardous waste . Submit a statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Health Department describing the storage and final disposition of the cleaned up waste . <br /> ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date) : <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation : <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br />
