She said ALANIZ <br /> that she had been sending everything to the City of Lathrop. I told her i needed <br /> documents to close the violations. She asked that I send the notice to abate to <br /> her again. Emailed the notice to her at<deltatrucking4@gmail.com>. Joy also <br /> informed me that the property owner had changed. She said she would type up a <br /> response and send it to me. <br /> 04/10/2020 Received an email from Robert Cannon, Property Owner, ALANIZ <br /> <northstar.rents@gmail.com>, letting me know that he does not own the property <br /> anymore. <br /> Received an email on 2/26/2020 from Joshua Elliott, Fire Inspector, <br /> <jelliott@lmfire.org>, with a disposal record for tires. Filed email with compalint. <br /> 05/04/2020 Sent an email to Joshua Elliott, <jelliott@lmfire.org>, asking for an update on the ALANIZ <br /> property owner. <br /> Sent an email to Joy Gish <deltatrucking4@gmail.com>, asking for any update on <br /> the notice to abate. <br /> 05/05/2020 Received an email from Joshua Elliott, Lathrop Fire, <jelliott@lmfire.org>, on ALANIZ <br /> 5/4/2020 saying: <br /> I believe the new owner of that property is Fast Lane Sierra 2018 LLC. Their <br /> mailing address is 111 Healdsburg Ave STE C Healdsburg, CA 95448. At this <br /> time I do not have a contact name or number. <br /> Looked up company name by google and could not find anything. Researched the <br /> name in CERS and found that the new company owned another property- Fast <br /> Lane Central Valley <br /> Rd, 116 Roth Lathrop, CA 95330 (property is a gas station). Called the <br /> environmental contact in CERS, Hardeep Gill, (707) 326-0369. He confirmed that <br /> Fast Lane did own 11338 S Harlan Rd. Hardeep also said that he was in the <br /> process of evicting the Delta Truck Driving School tenants. I informed him that a <br /> notice to abate had been written. Emailed him the notice at <br /> <hardeep@bggroupinc.com>, asking if he could get any other disposal records. <br /> Emailed Joshua asking if he had any other disposal records. The only one he had <br /> was for used tires. I had already received that disposal record. <br /> 05/05/2020 Discussed facility with Garrett Backus, Lead Senior. ALANIZ <br /> 07/02/2020 Please note this complaint was assigned to Jason Gaitan (EHS) but has since GAITAN <br /> been transferred to John Alaniz (RENS). <br /> 10/12/2020 Called the property owner, Hardeep Gill, 707-326-0369. He said there has not ALANIZ <br /> been any update and he is still trying to evict the tenant. <br /> Called Maneetpal Deol at 1-800-696-3796, and left a message. <br /> Called Joy Gish, 209-688-9819, and she said she would send me a copy of the <br /> disposal records.
