SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT <br /> 1868 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton, California 95205-6232 <br /> Telephone:(209)468-3420 Fax:(209)468-3433 Web:www.s4gov.org/ehd <br /> CONTINUATION FORM Page: 3 of 3 <br /> OFFICIAL INSPECTION REPORT Date: 2/7/2020 <br /> Facility Address: 11338 S Harlan Rd Program: 2200 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> CLASS I, CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Violation 3: <br /> OBSERVATION: <br /> -Under a trailer on the north side of the property: <br /> Fifteen 1 gallon containers were holding a mixture of used antifreeze and used oil. <br /> Three 5 gallon containers were holding a mixture of diesel and used oil. <br /> -In the trailer on the north east end of the property(number 679): <br /> One 5 gallon bucket towards the front of the trailer was holding used oil. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Per California Health and Safety Code, 25189.5(a),The disposal of any hazardous waste, or the <br /> causing thereof, is prohibited when the disposal is at a facility which does not have a permit from the department issued <br /> pursuant to this chapter,or at any point which is not authorized according to this chapter. Hazardous wastes shall be <br /> disposed of only by transportation to a permitted hazardous waste treatment,storage,and disposal facility(TSDF) or other <br /> authorized point. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately properly dispose of the hazardous waste.
