Trees: Remove all branches and leaves which are visibly <br /> contaminated. If the main trunk is heavily contaminated, <br /> then wipe the tree with dry rags; removal may be required. <br /> Vegetation: Remove all bushes and ground cover which are visibly <br /> contaminated. Examine the soil underneath the <br /> vegetation. If the soil is visibly contaminated, then remove <br /> it. <br /> Concrete/Asphalt: All free-flowing material shall be contained and <br /> removed with oil absorptive compound. <br /> The surface shall be scrubbed using solvent and stiff <br /> brooms. Use oil absorptive compound to prevent excess <br /> cleaner from leaving the spill area. Contact with the <br /> solvent should be avoided. Face shields should be worn if <br /> splashing is anticipated. In case of eye contact, flush <br /> immediately with copious amounts of water. <br /> The surface shall then be swabbed using solvent with <br /> mops or rags. Oil absorptive compound shall then be <br /> placed on the surface to absorb any remaining moisture. <br /> Remove absorbent material from surface, <br /> 4 <br />
