9. All contaminated gravel, soil, cleanup material, etc., must be placed in <br /> leak-proof 55-gallon drums. <br /> 10. The standby supervisor shall notify the City Clerk in cases where the <br /> possibility of a claim is present due to the insulating fluid spill or as result <br /> of this department's action. <br /> All claims are handled by the City Clerk's office; therefore, the Utility <br /> Department cannot make any commitment or arrangement without the <br /> City Clerk's involvement. The City Clerk must be notified immediately <br /> about the claim. This notification must be done in writing, with all <br /> pertinent facts included, through the department's management. A phone <br /> call to the City Clerk may precede any written communication. <br /> 6 <br />
