9. Have test performed on soil samples to determine if the cleanup has been <br /> effective— if not, continue until satisfactory cleanup test results are <br /> obtained. <br /> 10. Scrub tools thoroughly with solvent and wipe dry. Remove barricades, <br /> release decontaminated equipment and materials. <br /> 11. Apply label to side of all waste containers and forward containers for <br /> proper storage and disposal, noting date, time, and location of the spill. <br /> 12. Place contaminated rags, soil and other material in waste containers. <br /> 13. Notify the City Clerk immediately in cases where the possibility of a claim <br /> is present due to the insulating fluid spill or as a result of this <br /> department's action. <br /> 14. When test results are obtained, follow the additional procedures outlined <br /> for each insulating fluid spill classification group. <br /> 15. No additional cleanup is required. Remove barricades, release <br /> decontaminated material, equipment; wipe tools and bring waste <br /> container in for disposal, marked and placed in designated area. <br /> 8 <br />
