My name is Pam Hurban with NorthStar Engineering, and I am working on a zone reclassification and General Plan Amendment for the APN 173-210-14. The parcel was originally part of the Solari Ranch project, and was entitled to be a residential cul-de-sac. The property owner has since decided to place an RTD transportation station on the site, and we're preparing the necessary applications and deliverables to the County's Planning Department for processing. I've attached an APN map showing the parcel in question. The County's Planning Department is requiring new will -serve letters for sewer, water, and storm because of the change in land use. The site is within the above-mentioned service area. I'd like to get in contact with someone in your department to determine what will appease Planning's request for storm.
