MAIN STREET <br />(APN 173-210-04) <br />In response to your letter dated February 2, 2021, copy attached, City staff from the <br />Community Development and Municipal Utilities Departments have reviewed your <br />request for sanitary sewer service to the subject property, which is located outside the <br />City limits of the City of Stockton. Review by the Community Development Department <br />is limited to General Plan conformity and participation in Areas of Benefit and <br />Community Facilities District 90-1. The following information is provided as result of that <br />review: <br />Community Development Department <br />The Community Development Department has determined that the site does conform to <br />the City of Stockton's General Plan. <br />The property owner shall sign a Conditional Utility service agreement for future <br />annexation to the City of Stockton on demand by the City. <br />Municipal Utilities Department — Sanitary Sewer <br />The subject parcel is currently not served by a Sanitary Sewer Collection System. There <br />is adequate capacity available in Wastewater Collection System No. 6 to serve the <br />proposed project at this time.
