Solari Ranch Station Proposed <br /> Building Usage/ Project Description --- 05-14-21 <br /> Location and building description below: <br /> • Solari Ranch Station is located on a two-acre plot of land on East Main Street in <br /> Southeast Stockton on south side of cul-de-sac feeding into Mi-Wuk Village Drive <br /> connecting approximately 100 yards south of East Main Street. <br /> o Solari Ranch Station is on east side of Mi-Wuk Village Drive across a parking lot <br /> From StlSD's Wilhemina Henry Elementary School. <br /> a Building is two-story 10,000 square foot brick building with two floors with a <br /> central common atrium lobby with central elevator and bridge walkway crossing <br /> the main upstairs in the atrium lobby. <br /> o Architecturally the building will resemble a train station and community center, <br /> • Solari Station Building is to provide multiple community and public uses as described <br /> below: <br /> o Medical services office with 2,400 — 4,800 sq. ft. of space allocated either or both <br /> downstairs and upstairs. <br /> o Community Center information kiosk and/or information counter in main lobby <br /> providing neighborhood information and assistance. <br /> o Private offices located in one or both Floors including: <br /> ■ Ligurian Village Properties LLC Office <br /> • Sheriff Office (STARS) <br /> • Sheriff's STARS Office to be staffed by volunteer staff for security <br /> observance and community assistance. <br /> o "Ligurian Farmer" food service space serving locally produced healthy fruits, <br /> vegetables, snacks, pastries, and light beverages. <br /> o Fresh Food Farmer's Market featuring: <br /> Open air market providing locally grown organic farm-to-fork food <br /> including vegetables, fruit, home-baked goods, and food grown on <br /> exclusive Solari Ranch rows of farm soil in partnership with local farmers. <br /> • Pop-up outside food stands and shaded umbrella style table seating. <br /> Indoor market space for winter months and inclement weather. <br /> • Integrated education/workforce development student staff-interns to earn <br /> credits and income for developing career pathways. <br /> o Transportation Center/Hub with RTD bus stop with passenger amenities located <br /> in cul-de-sac that is designed and engineered for transit bus boarding, layover, <br /> and parking (with provisions to add electric bus charging and featuring: <br /> ■ Kiosk/information counter to provide residents assistance with using RTD <br /> public transportation service and private shuttle services. <br /> • EV Electric Charging Station for Electric Car, E-bike, Shuttle and Vanpool <br /> parking, storage, and car-sharing Hub for East Stockton operated and <br /> maintained by locally educated EV Mechanics and interns. <br /> See attached documents illustrating Solari Station, cul-de-sac for RTD Bus Stop and Shuttle Bus <br /> and Open-Air Farmer's Market, <br />
