Following is our <br />response. <br />1. Update the Dameron Hospital Association medical waste management plan. <br />Please see the attached document entitled: <br />Plan for the Management of Medical Waste Program <br />2. Begin segregation of incineration -only waste. <br />Completion of train -the -trainer in -services for pharmaceutical waste segregation <br />practices during the week of July 12, 2004. Please see the attached documents <br />entitled: <br />PharmaSafetyTM Containers <br />PharmaSafetyTM Containers — Environmental Services <br />3.
