D Sterilizer operator now uses key to unlock and depress
STERILIZER push button momentarily to start cycle.
Operator now locks and removes key.
After initial vacuum phase is complete, RED Sterilizer Light
will come ON for the remainder of the sterilizing cycle.
Once button is pressed all further operation is automatic.
All above steps are outlined in STERILIZER OPERATION displayed on MAIN
control panel .
5. Once Sterilizing cycle has reached the end of programmed time setting
RED light will go out and chamber will exhaust itself down to
atmospheric pressure, as will be indicated by pressure gauge located
on control panel . This venting of pressure will also be indicated by
a drop in temperature on the recording chart.
6. TO OPERATE STERILIZER DISCHARGE:
A. Depress COMPACTOR button to cycle compactor and clear Charge
Chamber for Sterilized material .
B. Depress BLUE Sterilizer Discharge button to begin discharge
cycle.
Chamber will now begin opening and dropping the now
sterilized material into the compactor section.
Once fully open it will shut off and stop.
C. Operator must now open sliding Trash load door and inspect
to see that all material has dropped clear of Chamber
discharge and presents no danger of becoming caught or
pinched in Sterilizer Chamber gasket area once it begins to
close a and reseal .
D. As BLUE Light is still ON with chamber extended, Operator
now depresses BLUE button a second time to begin closing
Chamber.
Once Chamber has completely closed and resealed, unit will
shut off.
E. BLUE Light will now go out and Blue Discharge button will no
longer function.
F. Depress Compactor button now to compact material into
Receiver- Container and clear Charge Chamber.
All controls have no reset and unit is ready to reload.
