Respondent owns and operates Delgado Auto Repair , an auto repair <br /> 19 business at 101 W . Dr Martin Luther King Jr Blvd , Stockton CA 95206 (the <br /> 20 " Site ") . <br /> 21 2 . The CUPA conducted a Hazardous Materials ( HM ) inspection at the site on <br /> 22 December 6 , 2019 . <br /> 23 3 .
