Provide a corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 503 CCR 66265.192(k) Hazardous waste tank assessment is incomplete. <br /> OBSERVATION: This facility has hazardous waste tanks with incomplete tank assessments. The tank assessment <br /> for the 1000 gallon has tank material thickness method listed as manufacturer specifications. Manufacturer <br /> specifications cannot be used to determine tank material thickness. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: <br /> Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66270.11 Signatories to Permit Applications and Reports <br /> Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66265.192 Design and Installation of New Tank Systems or <br /> Components. <br /> Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66265.193 Containment and Detection of Releases <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Have a qualified Professional Engineer update the tank assessment and add the missing <br /> sections. Provide a corrective action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days.
