Page 2 of 2 Santa Fe Road Illegal Disposal Site <br />The APN for the fourth parcel requires identification, although, per our telephone conversation <br />on May 23, 2001, your office has previously communicated with the property owner. <br />Additionally, the APN and owner(s) of the fifth parcel need to be identified. <br />The CIA Unit requests that your office take action to obtain written authorization for site access <br />from the property owners of each of the parcels affected by the investigation and to provide the <br />written authorization to the CIWMB, specifically the CIA Investigation Unit <br />You may use the attached formats for form letter to assist you in obtaining site access <br />authorization. The form letters may be modified by your office to address specific sites and <br />investigation details and are intended to be a request from your office to an identified resporisible <br />party or parties, (property owner[s]). <br />Lastly, the CIA Investigation Unit staff is developing a work plan to conduct the intrusive <br />investigation with a target time frame of August and would like to discuss specific dates with <br />you. Consequently, it is requested that authorization for site access be provided to this office by <br />mid July 2001.
