<br />exterior and interior surfaces of the cooling units at the cooking area. I observe food debris at the bottom shelf of the 2 D
<br />freezer. I observe card boards lining the storage shelves of the walk in cooler. Clean exterior and interior surfaces of
<br />cooking equipment and cooling unit today. Remove the card boards lining shelves in the walk in cooler today.
