S A N J 0 A Q I I I Irl Environmental Health Department <br /> CCUNT <br /> Large Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> AutoZone#5684 1 1339 S Sutter St, Stockton August 24, 2021 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 608 CCR 66266.130 Failed to properly manage used oil filters or fuel filters. <br /> OBSERVATION: Containers of used metal oil or fuel filters out of compliance with the storage rules were observed <br /> on-site. The following used metal oil filter containers were on-site: <br /> 1.A 55-gallon drum was found open and storing drained used metal oil filters and oily paper towels <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: <br /> Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66266.130 Management of Used Oil Filters. <br /> California Health&Safety Code section 25250.22 Fuel Filters <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately separate the drained used metal oil filters from the oily paper towels and <br /> closed the container. Provide a corrective action statement, disposal records and supporting documentation to the <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(EHD)within 30 days. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by 9/23/2021. <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br /> of having them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate <br /> ($152).
