Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the <br /> sender and know the content is safe. <br /> Good evening, Elianna, <br /> In regard to the violations received for AutoZone Store#5684 on 08/24/2021, below are the measures we've taken to <br /> correct the violations, <br /> • Training Records Employee,Adam Bloomer, completed the annual training on 09/14/2021. See attached <br /> certificate of completion. <br /> • Missing Used Oil Receipt dated 04/30/201 - I have been unable to locate a used oil receipt with a date of <br /> 04/30/2021. 1 did find one for 4/27/2021. However, it was for 120 lbs of used oil (not 165). Can you please let <br /> me know where you got the 4/30/2021 date from? <br /> • Missing waste codes- The oil receipts that were noted as not having the state waste codes were picked up by <br /> Safety-Kleen. Safety-Kleen is no longer our oil vendor and has been replaced by World Oil Energy Services and <br /> they have confirmed that their documentation includes the required information, including the state waste <br /> codes. <br /> • Oil Spill—The oil spills notated in the inspection report were properly cleaned. See attached photo showing the <br /> cleaned area (Back Room Pic). <br /> • Open containers- The two drums notated as open during the inspection On 08/24/2021 have been closed and <br /> secured. See attached photo showing secured containers (Back Room Pic). <br /> • Accumulation Time- This store has operated as a SQG. However,the Absorbent Drum was serviced on <br /> 09/09/2021. A photo of the new label with a start accumulation date of 09/9/2021 is attached. Please <br /> note: We are looking into the LQG matter and will respond back soon. <br /> • Hazardous waste containers not labeled - The 16 used oil containers were staged by the portable collection <br /> container to be drained. Those 16 used oil containers have been fully drained and disposed of, please see Back <br /> Room Pic showing the cleared area. The 220-gallon used oil container's label has been updated with the start <br /> accumulation date (see attached photo). <br /> • Used Oil Filters improperly maintained—The Oil Filter drum was cleared of oily materials,which were placed <br /> into the proper drum. See attached photo of the inside of the oil filter drum.
