HABANERO HOTS RESTAURANT • PROCEDURE" <br /> • Have all Managers account for all employees and/or customers and <br /> report the results to the Command Post. <br /> • Provide emergency responders with a listing of potential sources of <br /> Carbon Dioxide within the facility. <br /> EMERGENCY COORDINATOR <br /> • If safe to do so, turn off bulk CO2 tank. <br /> • Contact appropriate repair vendor, as necessary. <br /> • Closely monitor any employees and/or customers who may have <br /> been exposed to Carbon Dioxide or display signs or symptoms of <br /> exposure: <br /> o Increased breathing <br /> o Headache and breathlessness <br /> o Confusion, dizziness, general feeling of discomfort and increased <br /> heart rate and blood pressure <br /> o Unconsciousness and death within 20 minutes <br /> o Death within one minute <br /> • Ensure EMS ambulance has been requested, if needed. <br /> • Document the incident. Complete all paperwork. <br /> • Notify responsible party/family of patient, as necessary. <br />
