In the 1963 photo, the field road can no longer be seen. No other significant <br />changes are apparent. <br />In the 1975 photo, it appears that the Site and surrounding field have been <br />planted with orchard. The orchard to the east has been removed. <br />In the 1983 photo, the adjacent land to the west has been planted with orchard. <br />No other significant changes are apparent. <br />In the 1998 photo, the eastern three-quarters of the Site and surrounding field <br />are open land; orchard exists on the western quarter. <br />In the 2002 photo, the entire Site and surrounding field are planted with orchard. <br />In the 2008 photo, two residences can be seen on the eastern side of the Site. <br />These photos are included as Appendix 3 of this report. <br />4.0 SITE INSPECTION <br />Live Oak inspected the site on July 21, 2021. Photographs of the Site are <br />attached to this report as Appendix 2. The Koster Road boundary of the Site <br />was inspected, as well as the vicinity of the residences. The remainder of the <br />Site consists of almond orchard; the perimeter of the Site was not accessible due <br />to recent irrigation and a lack of field roads along the property lines. The interiors <br />of the residences were not inspected. <br />The Site consists of almond orchard with two new residences located on its <br />eastern side. A domestic well was observed to the south of each residence, and <br />a septic system was observed to the north or northwest of each residence. The <br />surrounding properties were observed to be orchards. <br />5.0 INTERVIEWS <br />5.1 Interview with Client <br />Mr. Navarra was interviewed by telephone on July 26, 2021. He indicated that <br />he gifted the Site parcels to his daughters, AnnaMarie Lara and Angela La Velle, <br />around 2001 or 2002. Mr. Navarra was not aware of any environmental issues <br />affecting the Site. <br />LOGE 2140 3 <br />
