HSC 25505(c) Failed to have the business plan readily available to facility or EHD <br />personnel <br /> <br />All penalties for these violations will be calculated pursuant to the appropriate California law. <br />Some applicable penalties may accrue on a daily basis unless and until the conditions are <br />abated. <br />If no action is taken or has been taken to abate the conditions at the Facility as described in <br />the inspection report then EHD will file an Administrative Enforcement Order and Notice of <br />Defense (hereinafter "Order") against you. <br />However, EHD is extending you the opportunity to advise of any other information that you <br />believe should be considered before the EHD files an Order against the you. <br />Further, EHD is willing to discuss with you options for settlement of these issues without <br />further enforcement action.
