Soil Suitability/ Nitrate Loading Study <br />Eagle's Nest Motorcycle School Stockton, California <br />July 27, 2021 Terracon Project No. NA217040 <br />1.3.4 Existing Septic Tank Usage in the Vicinity <br />Irerracon, <br />In an attempt to determine the septic system density for the vicinity of the site, our office reviewed <br />a recent aerial photograph of the property available from GoogleEarthTIM . The vicinity of the site <br />consists of agricultural land and rural residences. The assumption was made that each <br />building/cluster of buildings has one septic system. Using this method, we determined there are <br />approximately 10 septic systems within 0.2 miles of the site. <br />1.3.5 Septic Permit History in the Vicinity <br />Terracon searched the EHD Public Records website for the adjoining property septic permits. The <br />following table is a summary of septic permits available for the adjacent and nearby properties: <br />Table 3. <br />Summary of Adjoining Property Septic Permits. <br />Nr — No septic permits round, LL — leach lines <br />Based on a review of the permits, the septic systems in the area appear to utilize 60 to 100 -foot <br />long leach lines with 25 foot deep seepage pits or 14 foot deep sumps. <br />1.3.6 Septic Repair Permit History in the Vicinity <br />One septic repair permit in the vicinity appeared to be for the addition of leach lines and two <br />sumps. Copies of selected septic permits can be found in Appendix C of this report. <br />1.3.7 Expected On -Site Maximum Septic Tank Usage <br />According to client provided information, the site will be occupied six days per week from 8 am to <br />6 pm. Two employees will work up to 8 hours per day and approximately 5 visitors per day are <br />anticipated. Below is a table of the overall septic system usage calculated for the facility.
