Soil Suitability / Nitrate Loading Study <br />'Eagle's Nest Motorcycle School a Stockton, California <br />July 27, 2021 Terracon Project No. NA217040 <br />Year Source <br />2010 Aerial <br />2012 Aerial <br />Description <br />Irerracon <br />Based on a review of the historical information, the site appeared to consist of undeveloped, <br />agricultural land and/or vacant land from 1914 through the 1970s, was developed with an <br />industrial pond on the southern portion from the 1980s to mid-1990s and vacant land from the <br />late 1990s to the present. Refer to Section 1.4.2 for further discussion of the industrial pond. <br />1.3 Existing and Proposed Septic Tank Usage <br />1.3.1 Existing On -Site Septic Tank Usage <br />There are no septic systems on the site. <br />1.3.2 Site Specific Permit History <br />Terracon searched the EHD Public Records website and the following EHD permits associated <br />with the site address(es) were identified. <br />Table 2. <br />Summary of Site -Specific Permits. <br />Based on a review of the EHD records, there were no well or septic permits available for the site. <br />Land use records dated 2006 indicated a 25,000 SF building was proposed on the site. Notes on <br />an inspection records dated 2006 indicated two test wells were observed on the site; however, <br />the property consisted of vacant land, and public water (Cal -Water) is available. A condition letter <br />dated June 16, 2021 was additionally available.
