This was the date of the last inspection of the property, which was thoroughly
observed and photographed. It is noted that Chesney Consulting did not perform testing for any
potential adverse environmental constituent(s).
The purpose of this report was exclusively to inform the Client and the San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department of the environmental conditions as they currently exist on and
under the property as of the date referenced above. Compliance with submitted recommendations and/or suggestions in no way
assures mitigation or elimination of environmental concerns.
No statement can be made with scientific certainty regarding latent surface or subsurface conditions
which may have originated on-site, or off-site from various sources. The property (surface and
subsurface), adjacent land or underlying groundwater cannot be represented free from any and all
environmental hazards. The possibility always exists for contaminants to be placed, or migrate
through the soil, surface water, groundwater, or air at any point in time.
Respectfully submitted,
§5.3 ESNEY CONSULTING
Don Ches ey, PE
Registered Civil Engineer #C75479
ayIofessi
Se or
Op r
No. 75479 R
C cn
\* ti
rae f M1 tl*
° Calito
Page -7-
Chesney Consulting
