The proposed septic system will consist, at a minimum of a <br />1,200-gallon septic tank with two compartments and a 1,000-square foot filter bed. The <br />septic system will be connected to the three-bedroom modular home planned to be <br />developed on the property and will be utilized 365 days a year. <br /> <br /> <br />3.1. EXISTING ON-SITE SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> <br />The septic system servicing the existing residential structure (house) consists of an <br />approximately 1,200-gallon septic tank with two compartments and three approximately <br />40-foot-long leach lines and is utilized 365 days per year. The septic tank and filter bed <br />are located to the west of the structure on the property. <br /> <br /> <br />3.2. SITE SEPTIC PERMIT HISTORY <br /> <br />There are no liquid wastewater septic permits on record with the San Joaquin County <br />Environmental Health Department (EHD) for this property. <br /> <br /> <br />3.3. ON-SITE SEPTIC TANK REPAIR HISTORY <br /> <br />There are no on-site septic repair permits on file with the San Joaquin County EHD for <br />the subject property. <br /> <br /> <br />3.4. EXISTING SEPTIC TANK USAGE IN THE GENERAL AREA <br /> <br />Neighboring properties are zoned for general agricultural land use. Several liquid waste <br />permits are on record at the EHD for installation of septic systems surrounding the subject <br />property. <br /> <br /> <br />3.5. GENERAL AREA SEPTIC PERMIT HISTORY <br /> <br />The following is a summary of information based on new septic system installation permits <br />currently on file with EHD. <br /> <br />ADDRESS: 20070 Little John Road <br />LOCATION: Adjacent property to the south <br />SEPTIC SYSTEM: 1) Permit date May 1991; new installation of septic system: 1,600- <br />gallon concrete tank with two compartments, two 85-foot-long leach lines, and two 42- <br />inch diameter, 25-foot-deep seepage pits, and two 60-foot leach lines.
