The planned locations of the residence and <br />new septic system are depicted in Figure 2. No additional development is proposed for <br />the property. <br /> <br /> <br />1.3. PARCEL VICINITY LOCATION MAP <br /> <br />San Joaquin County Assessor’s Map Book 185 Page 08 depicts the site parcel (APN 185- <br />080-540) in the northern portion of the page. The parcel is bordered to the north and west <br />(185-080-530), south (185-080-260 & 185-080-250), and east (185-080-050) by single- <br />family residential properties. The south side of the property is bordered by Little John <br />Road. The parcel vicinity map and a satellite overview map are included in Appendix A. <br /> <br /> <br />1.4. SITE MAP <br /> <br />A plan of the specific site features (i.e., structures, drives, wells, septic systems, large <br />trees, pastures, etc.) is illustrated in Figure 2. <br /> <br /> <br />2.0. PRESENT AND PAST USAGE OF SITE <br /> <br />The property is currently being used for residential purposes and has been since 1993. <br />The current residential dwelling was erected on the property in 1993. Prior to residential <br />development, the property may have been used for light agricultural purposes. The <br />property is situated approximately 9.0-miles east of the city of Stockton in the eastern <br />portion of San Joaquin County, California. <br /> <br /> <br />2.1 POTENTIAL SITE PROBLEM ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />Water supply for the property is currently provided by the existing onsite domestic water <br />well. The well is over 75 feet away from the existing septic system. The proposed septic <br />system will be installed over 100 feet away from the onsite domestic water well and all <br />surrounding water wells (Figure 2). The development of a residence and new septic <br />system will not affect water being supplied to the property. <br /> <br /> <br />3.0. EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> <br />The existing septic system includes a residential system located to the west of the existing <br />residential structure (Figure 2). The septic system is utilized 365 days a year by the <br />existing three-bedroom house. The existing septic system and leach field (filter bed) <br />extend to the west of the residence and are located over 75 feet away from the onsite <br />domestic water well (Figure 2).
