SAN J 0 A Q I I I Irl Environmental Health Department <br /> CCUNT <br /> Hazardous Materials Program Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Fe:CALIFORNIA FREIGHT 805 S LOCUST AVE, RIPON ptember 20, 2021 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 5 HSC 25505(a)(1) Failed to electronically submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. <br /> OBSERVATION: The following were found on site that have not been reported to CERS: <br /> -400 gallons of used oil <br /> -840 pounds of grease <br /> -275 gallons Foam Cleaner Transformer I <br /> -240 gallons of new oil <br /> -one 55 gallon anti-freeze <br /> -645 cu ft of acetylene <br /> - 1592 cu ft of oxygen <br /> -2732 gallons of motor oil <br /> -approximately 2761 lbs of alcohol wipes <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the <br /> facility's business plan. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for <br /> approval. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to electronically submit a site map with all required content. <br /> OBSERVATION:A site map was not completed and submitted as part of the business plan. <br /> -New Storage shed on the Southwest of the facility is not shown on the map. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent <br /> streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous <br /> material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. <br /> If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as"NA". <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> FA0010466 PR0520041 SCO01 09/20/2021 <br /> EHD 19-01 Rev.9/16/2020 Page 2 of 3 Hazardous Materials Program OIR <br /> 1868 E.
