S A N J 0 A Q I I I Irl Environmental Health Department <br /> CCUNT <br /> Hazardous Materials Program Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Fe:CALIFORNIA FREIGHT 805 S LOCUST AVE, RIPON ptember 20, 2021 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 9 HSC 25508.2 Failed to annually review and certify that the HMBP is complete and accurate by the due date. <br /> OBSERVATION: The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California <br /> Environmental Reporting System (CERS)annually by the due date, January 15. The calendar year 2019 submittal <br /> entered on 8/28/2019 was late. There was no calendar year 2020 or 2021 submittal entered into CERS. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar <br /> year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated <br /> information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Conducted a Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) inspection. There were three violation(s)during the <br /> inspection. Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a <br /> statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any <br /> supporting paperwork, by 11/6/2021. <br /> To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br /> of having them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate <br /> ($152).
