All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />This is a Pre-final inspection per request by contractor. <br />Observed following: <br />- 3/8 inch coving basement and flooring tile met <br />- Floor sink installed <br />- Water heater installed <br />Provide following: <br />- Ensure (tag on the water heater by electrician) that the Water heater (AO Smith Model DRE-52100) 6 heating elements <br />(3000 watts each) are simultaneously wired. <br />- Seal gap between baseboard and wall, and mop sink and wall so it is water proof and cleanable <br />- Provide 120 F at 3-comp sink and mop sink <br />- Provide 100 to 108 F in handwash sinks <br />- Provide 41 F or below for potentially hazardous food (PHF) after coolers have been installed <br />- Ensure condensation water from equipment are drained to floor sinks indirectly. <br />OIR emailed kurt.comeau@kdcconstruction.com <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
