4. Projects that include the use of an existing structure or building that was approved with a different <br /> occupancy classification than the proposed use, will constitute a change of occupancy. A change of <br /> occupancy will require a code analysis report and necessary plans prepared by a Registered Design <br /> Professional (architect or engineer) in accordance with the California Building Code and Existing <br /> Building Code in effect on the application date for the building permit(s). The report and plans shall <br /> identify existing conditions, propose alterations necessary to bring each building into compliance with <br /> the code. <br /> 5. The applicable accessibility requirements as outlined in Chapter 11 B of the California Building code <br /> shall be included with the building permit plan set for each new or altered structure or building <br /> including the project site plan. <br /> 6. Adequate sanitary facilities shall be provided for the facility, per the requirements of Chapter 4 of the <br /> California Plumbing Code. <br /> 7. If the project includes landscaping, it will be required to comply with the Model Water Efficient <br /> Landscape Ordinance requirements of the California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 2, <br /> Chapter 2.7 <br /> 1810 E.
