The digester <br /> processes manure waste through a gas collection and water filtration system to convert <br /> greenhouse gases (GHG) to Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) and to convert filtration by- <br /> products to fertilizer. The components of the proposed project include a digester system, <br /> (3) natural gas gensets, (2) Livestock Water Recycling systems, backup/emergency <br /> flare, biogas upgrading equipment, fire suppression water supply tank, and a 1,500- <br /> square-foot utility/maintenance shop; located on the southeast corner of the intersection <br /> of South Kasson Road and East Linne Road, Tracy. The 100-Year Flood Elevation will be approximately 32 <br /> feet NAVD 1988. <br /> Kasson Road has an existing and planned right-of-way width of 80 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1) An encroachment permit shall be required for all work within road right-of-way. (Note: Driveway <br /> encroachment permits are for flatwork only— all vertical features, including but not limited to <br /> fences, walls, private light standards, rocks, landscaping and cobbles are not allowed in the right- <br /> of-way.)
