AC Title 14 CCR 17409.5 - Load Checking- U-waste (microwave) and waste tire on top of <br /> waste pile. <br /> a. Immediately remove u-waste and special waste items from waste piles. <br /> b. Provide more adequate load checking. <br /> c. Provide communication with tipping floor personnel through meetings and training to raise level <br /> of screening and loading of Hazardous and U-wastes. <br /> 2. AC Title 14 CCR 17407.5 -Hazardous and Liquid Wastes -Uncapped wet batteries stored on <br /> secondary containment. <br /> a. Uncapped batteries shall be stored at Hazardous Waste Storage Area(Locker). <br /> b. Provide adequate storage of Hazardous Wastes. <br /> 3. AC Title 14 CCR 17408.7 -Personnel Health and Safety- The safety vests worn by tipping floor <br /> personnel are not visible. <br /> a. Replace safety vests. <br /> b. Provide adequate safety equipment for all personnel. <br /> 4. AC Title 14 CCR 17415.2 - Fire Fighting Equipment-Few fire extinguishers at south and north <br /> sides indicated no charge and were standing next to the wall without proper sign. <br /> a.
