AC Title 14 CCR 17407.4—Dust Control—Dusty conditions observed at time of inspection. Misters <br /> not being used to suppress plumes of dust generated by loader and tipping of waste onto tipping <br /> floor. Observed clogged mist nozzle on east side. <br /> a. Repair/replace clogged mist nozzle. <br /> b. Provide adequate dust control measures. <br /> 6. Notes: <br /> A. Eye wash station on south side was not working properly. Repair eye wash station. <br /> B. Compactor was not in operation at time of inspection .Be sure to operate compactor in <br /> accordance with the S WFP and TPR. <br /> C. Rodent bait station with Rodent Killer(PVC and plastic container) currently used for rodent <br /> control present in north, east and west sides. <br /> Recommended to install one or two bait stations and traps on south side. <br /> D. Observed—20-30 birds on tipping floor. Take adequate steps to minimize bird attraction. <br /> E. Random Load Inspection Records were not found for the following dates: 8/10/06, 8/11/06, <br /> 8/18/06 and 8/25/06.Provide records.
