<br /> Observed ice accumulation on the walk-in freezer door and fans. Clean within 2 weeks and maintain clean.
<br /> Observed damaged gasket on walk-in freezer door. Repair/replace gasket within 2 weeks.
<br /> Observed debris on exhaust filters in both vent hoods. Clean and sanitize filters within 2 weeks and maintain clean.
<br /> Observed gap on leftmost side of left vent hood. Provide well fitting exhaust filters so that there are no gaps between filters
