SUPPLEMENTARY CONDITIONS <br />Section 00800 <br />15-1207 <br />.3 The insurance companies issuing the policy or policies shall have no recourse <br />against the Owner (including its agents and agencies as aforesaid) for payment <br />of any premiums or for assessments under any form of policy. <br />.4 Any and all deductibles in the above described insurance policies shall be <br />assumed by and for the account of, and at the sole risk of the Contractor. <br />§11.2 OWNER'S LIABILITY INSURANCE, DELETE this section in its entirety. <br />§11.3 PROPERTY INSURANCE, DELETE subparagraphs 11.3.1.1 through 11.3.1.4 in their <br />entirety and SUBSTITUTE the following: <br />Contractor shall obtain and pay for fire insurance upon all work to be done under this <br />Contract; and upon all materials in or adjacent to said work and intended for use therein; <br />and for full value of any building in which any part is to be remodeled. The policy shall <br />be written for 100% of insurable value thereof, under either a Builders Risk reporting <br />form or Completed Value Builders risk form and shall include extended coverage and <br />theft and vandalism and malicious mischief endorsement. <br />The Contractor shall be responsible for vandalism until filing the Notice of Completion <br />regardless if the Owner has exercised his options for early occupancy. <br />Contractor shall fully maintain said insurance on the work, materials and building(s) <br />through the date the Owner files the Notice of Completion with the County Recorder or <br />until 5 days after Owner's legally elected board acts to accept the Work as complete. <br />Said policy is to be maintained regardless of Owner's occupancy or use of the Work. <br />Owner shall be named as an additional named insured on policy and a certified copy of <br />policy delivered to Owner prior to the submittal of the first payment application. Notify <br />Owner at least 10 days prior to deletion of construction coverage, so Owner can effect <br />necessary insurance coverage. <br />§11.3.2 BOILER AND MACHINERY INSURANCE, DELETE this paragraph in its entirety. <br />§11.3.3 LOSS OF USE INSURANCE, DELETE this paragraph in its entirety. <br />§11.3.4 MODIFY this paragraphs as follows: <br />CHANGE references to "Contractor" to read "Owner", and "Owner" to read "Contractor". <br />§11.3.5 DELETE this paragraph in its entirety. <br />§11.3.6 MODIFY this paragraphs as follows: <br />CHANGE references to "Contractor" to read "Owner", and "Owner" to read "Contractor". <br />§11.3.8 MODIFY this paragraph as follows: <br />32 <br />
