SUPPLEMENTARY CONDITIONS <br />Section 00800 <br />15-1207 <br />and ceases to be in its employ, in which case Contractor shall notify the District and <br />Architect in writing. Superintendent shall represent the Contractor and all directions <br />given by Superintendent and direction provided by or agreements reached in the <br />performance of the work shall be as binding as if given or received by the Contractor. <br />§3.9.2 REVISE the first sentence to read as follows: <br />The Contractor shall within 10 days of notice to proceed and before work commences on <br />the site submit in writing to the Owner and Architect the name of the proposed project <br />superintendent and qualifications including recent experience on similar projects. <br />§3.10 CONTRACTOR'S CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE <br />§3.10.1 DELETE this paragraph in its entirety and SUBSTITUTE the following: <br />§3.10.1 Within fifteen (15) days of the notice to proceed the Contractor shall prepare and submit <br />to the Owner and Architect a PROGRESS SCHEDULE/Critical Path Construction <br />Schedule showing in detail how the work is to be completed. The Schedule shall include <br />and identify activities, if any, Owner specified float time, allowances for inclement <br />weather forty (40) days per year and milestones as indicated within the Summary Of <br />Work, Section 01010 and encompassing the work of the Contractor, subcontractors and <br />critical dates upon which the work depends and as required to assure project completion <br />not to exceed the time limits current under the Contract Documents. <br />If applicable, the Schedule shall identify long lead procurement periods, submittal and <br />shop drawing preparation, review periods and other dates critical to product procurement <br />and timely installation of the work. <br />The Schedule shall be revised at appropriate intervals as required by the conditions of <br />the work and project and shall provide for expeditious and practicable execution of the <br />Work. <br />§3.10.2 DELETE this paragraph in its entirety. <br />§3.11 DOCUMENTS AND SAMPLES AT THE SITE, REVISE as follows: <br />DELETE, "to the Architect for submittal" in the second sentence. <br />ADD the following sentence, "Said documents and samples shall be available to the Project Inspector <br />and representatives from agencies having jurisdiction over the Work." <br />ADD the following paragraphs: <br />§3.11.1 Contractor agrees that Owner or its agent will have the right to review, obtain and copy <br />all records pertaining to the performance of the contract. Contractor agrees to provide <br />Owner or its agent access to its premises, upon reasonable notice, during normal <br />business hours for the purposes of interviewing employees and inspecting and copying <br />such books, records, accounts or other material that may be relevant to matters under <br />investigation for the purpose of determining compliance with Public Contract Code of <br />9 <br />
