By County policy, a zpccaflc plan in a <br />new community must also to consistent Wb the Master Plan and Put& Financing Plan. <br />Mountaln House Community Services Dlstrlct(MHCSO) <br />The Mountain House Community Services District (MHCSD) provides various public <br />services for the community. the MHCSL) sphere of influence boundaries are the same as <br />the Master Plan boundaries.. <br />9.2.2 Planning and Entitlements <br />Ntauntaln House Maswr Pian <br />This Specific Plan summarizes relevant provisions of the Mountain Rause Master Plan, as <br />revised, within each topical section of this document to provide a context for Specifrc plan <br />Plan Descriptions and Implementation Measures presetrted herein.
