MOUNTAIN HOUSE SPECIFIC PLAN II <br />4.2.2 Building Requirements <br />Master Paan Summary <br />The archktecturai character of Mountain House will consist of a variety of styles and <br />building types, Architectural and design standards are to be established and applied <br />con-sistently Mhfn distinct areas Qt the community including Neighborhood Centers, <br />Village Centers, and the Central Cbmmerdal area. The Intent is to encourage these areas <br />of the community to establish a unique architectural character. To accaniplish this, <br />S{necific Plans or Special Purpose Plans are to present more detailed site plans and <br />guidelines for architecture, which sheuld be coordinated with designs for landscape, <br />fighting, skgnage, and site furnishings. Detailed design guidelines are fequired for all <br />&welopment_ <br />As required by the Master Plan, development standards and guidelines have been <br />developed for the business park and other indtiiulal or comrrarcfal uses, The Mountain <br />House Office, Commercial, and Industrial Design Manual ks consisterttwith the Master and <br />Specific Plans and other County adopted plans for Mountain House, and has been <br />submitted to the County to apply to all Trimark properties within Specific Plan I and <br />Specific Plan Il. <br />Plan Desscrlpdan <br />Building requirements are addressed in the County Development Title and the Trimark <br />Design Manuals. <br />Thls chapter provides pians for focus areas, consistent with the Master Plan requirement <br />for Spedai Purpose Plans. Implementing projects located within a Focus <br />Area, as defined in Sections 4.4 to 4.7 of this chapter, shall comply with all <br />applicable requirements contained In the respective Focus Area. <br />3. MHCSD Deakin Manual Requirements, All public Facilities shall comply with <br />the applicable provisions of the MHOS❑ Design Manual (all chapters). <br />4. Private Des lAn Guidelines.
