CoimniarClat, Office & Industrial Design Manual <br />4,2.3 Signage <br />Master Pian Summary <br />In general, signs are to be utilized only where necessary and in an understated manner, <br />emphasizing an image of permanence and quality, and providing a sense of community <br />character, neighborhood and special area identity, and continuity- All signs shall conform <br />to the County Development Title. <br />Plan Description <br />Signs in the SPI I Area will conform to the appli _,able requirements of the San Joaquin <br />County Development Title, adnoted Special Purpose pans the MHCSD Design Manual, <br />and the TrimaHc-C-cfF +uf4ii 5; LkGMuunlain House design Manuals, as amended. All <br />signs will reflect the architectural design theme of the neighborhood or district in which <br />they are located, <br />SK Implementation Measures <br />1. Signage Regulations. All signs erected In the Plan area shall comply with <br />the provisions of the San Joaquin County Development Title, as amended, <br />including: <br />a, Chapter 9-1700, Sign Reg ulotions: Intent and Organization; <br />b. Chapter 5-1705, Sign Regulations. General Provisions; and <br />c. Chapter 9-1710, Sign Regulations: Standards. <br />2. Community Signage. All signs erected in public areas shall comply with the <br />provisions of the MHCSD Design Manual (r,hapter f=ight; Signage). <br />3. Private Area Signage, All implementing projects on sand controlled by <br />Trimark Communities shall compty with the applicable provisions of the <br />Trimwk Communities,-L�-Mounta_in_House Design Manuals, as amended, <br />which compliance shall be evidoncod by written approval by Trimark <br />Communities,-L6QElie Master Developer or its Design Review Committee. in <br />its sale discretion. Non -Trimark properties shall also comply with these <br />documents, which compliance shall be determined by San Joaquin County. <br />The Design Manuals are as follows: <br />a.
