Community wall heights <br />Wong Grant Line Road and Byron rRoad may vary from the typical condition <br />as tallows: <br />a. Along Byron Road, wall heights shall not exceed 9 feet tall, as <br />measured from the adjacent pad grade. <br />b. Along Grant Line Read, wall heights 5ha11 not exceed 8 feet tali as <br />pleasured from the adjacent pad grade. <br />c. Based on Tentative Map grading plans, wall heights may be reduced <br />subject to maintaining a minimum noise level of 65 Ldn at buildout for <br />outdoor living areas. <br />& Where applicable, law berms shaJI he used to reduce the visual height <br />of walls. <br />4,2,6 Site Furnishings <br />Master Plan Summary <br />The Master Pian requires that site fimishings be located and deslgned to assist in <br />establishing the distinct character of an area. Site furnishings should be consistent within, <br />but vary between, neighborhoods and designated planning areas. <br />Specific flans and Special Purpose Plans are to describe locations and provisions for SHE <br />furnishings. These site fumishings shall core€non with the Development Title and CSD <br />Design Manual. <br />Plan Description <br />Site furnishings far SPII have been spenied by Tie MHCSD Design Manuai (for public <br />areas) and theTFlNa* GG^^wrap+es. LLC -Mountain House Design Manuals (for private <br />areas).
