MOUNTAIN HOUSE SPECIFIC PLAN II <br />Community walls that are located along all RIL, RNL, arid RW uses abutting ,4rreriai <br />streets, except for Arterial streets where homes are served by near alleys, should blend <br />into the overall landscape and not became dominant visual elements. Long continuous <br />lengths of cam munity wallfsaund wall are to be avoided_ <br />View (open) fences are generally required for land uses abutting the Mountain House <br />Creek Community Park corridor, Old River Regional Park, and the nature preserves in <br />Neighborhoods I and J_ View fencing should utilize a common design for each corridor or <br />open space area. Fencing around neighborhood paries is to be compatible with that of the <br />neighborhood school site. <br />Plan Description <br />Walls and fences in the SP11 Area will conform to the appilcable requirements of the <br />Master Plan, the MHCSD Design Manual. and the Tnmark-Comrr+UF) i , LL4 -Mountain <br />House Design Manuals, as amended. <br />Community walls will occur along all arterial streets adjacent to single family uses except <br />for Central Parkway. Increased wall heights will be required to mitigate the noise <br />conditions along Byron Road and Grant Line Road, <br />For special conditions within SPIT, see Figure 4.7: Railroad115ryon Road Sections and <br />Figure 4.8: Lake Edge Sections. <br />SPII Implementation Measures <br />1.
