Plan far tho <br />Plan Description <br />Mature Preserves <br />Specific flan II proposes two linked nature pre8erves, one in N6ghbolrhood I and one in <br />Neighborhood J, within the areas zoned as Commercial Recreation (G -R). They will be <br />Owned arid maintained by a homeowners' association or by the MHC.5D, provided a <br />funding mecharnlsm for maintenance is esta0lished to the satisfaction of the MHCSD. The <br />n$lure preserves will offer passive recreational opportunities such as hiking and <br />picnii*rng. They will be supplemented by adjacent and proximate active recreational <br />uses, such as Neighborhood Paries and Community Parks, and by supportive and <br />compatible uses within the C-R zone, such as eating establishments and small-scale <br />outdoor entertainment.
