Where any porkion of a proposed <br />subdivision is located mare than 112 of a mile from the edge of the nearest <br />Neighborhood Park, as measured in a 11neaf radial method, the Tentative <br />Subdivision Map shall include a mini park. UAorl Completion, the park will be <br />dedicated to the MHCSD, who will then be responsible for operation and <br />maintenance. Mini -parks will be subject to the following minimum criteria: <br />Each mini park shall contain a minimum of 112 acre. it should provide <br />enough room Far a small playground, a half court surface for basketball, <br />and sethacks to buffer It from adjoining residences.
