The only exoeptlons to this incremental construction have been the extension <br />o4 the initial temporary service lines for the first Specific Plan and the slfing and <br />construction of the permanent community electrical substation_ The initial service line <br />extensions wilt require accelerated plarining and construction to coincide with the start of <br />resid"ial development. <br />Natural gas will also be provided on an as -needed basis as part of the on-site roadways. <br />However, Vie relocation of the existing gas line from Mountain House parkway to Central <br />Parkway will require detailed planning and phasing. <br />Telecommunications will also he provided on an as -needed basis and will be developed <br />along wittl on•sita roadways. <br />Plan Description <br />The Master Plan rggltirements related to phasing and oasts will tie implemented by Sell <br />through the implementation measure listed below. <br />SPIT' Implementation Measures <br />1, Phasing and Costs.
