Design standards for local streets will be based upon the needs of the <br />neighborhood and Will ensure pedestrian safety, streets widths based Oil tate number of <br />expected cars, safe accommodation at expected traffic, and an emphasis on short, quint <br />streets thal discourage through traffic.
