The MHCSD Traffic Study Further confirmed which <br />components of the community build -out system are Wely to be completed as part of the <br />implementation of SPI 1. as depicted on Figure 9.1. <br />As part of implementing projects contained within SPII, the MHCSD wi11 perlarm detailed <br />traffic studies to identify the specific improvements and related phasing of SPII roadways <br />which may be necessary to support such irnplementtng projects. As part of the approval of <br />these implementing projects t#ie MHCSDwlil Condlg4n suc#i approvals to implement, as <br />warranted on a phased basis, the specific system improvements that the projects triggers, <br />consistent with Gotnmunity Approvals_ Since the specific transportation triggers for the <br />community transportation improvements will be determined as part of implementing project <br />approvals, the specific triggers contained within the Master Plan wl11 be <br />P,wpem�edsuptrseded by subsequent MHCSD phasing and trigger detBrmlrtatfOns. <br />Spill Implementation Measures <br />Community Roadway Impravemerrts Phasfng Requirements.
