sen Joaquin courmf <br />Project Description <br />• 71h Master Plain Amendment, to adjust the land use designations and neap that were <br />previously approved for Neighborhoods H, 1, 1, L, and the Town Center and to change the <br />corresponding General Plan Land Use designations to match the suggested Master Plan. <br />• San Joaquin County General Plan amendments, to change the corresponding General <br />Plan Land Use designations to match the suggested Master Plan. <br />• 41h Specific Plan II amendment, to adjust the land use designations and map that were <br />previously approved For Neighborhoods H, 1, j, L, and the Town Center and to change the <br />current zoning to match the proposed zoning for Neighborhoo ds E. I, j, L, and the Town <br />Center. <br />• Rezoning, to change the current zoning to match the proposed zoning for <br />Neighborhoods H. I, J, L, and the Town Center. <br />• revisions of Approved Action, to eliminate condition of approval for Neighborhood 1, <br />requiring occupancy by active -adults 55 years or alder. <br />2.6 Reviews/Approvals by Responsible Agencies <br />Reviews and approvals by other agencies that may be needed for the project to proceed are also <br />identified.
